In the Rain Collection, a single incandescent bulb sits within a net of chains casting a spectacular illumination of light and shadow that shower down walls and across floors. Manifesting Pons’ interest in interactive work, the bulb can be moved anywhere within the magnetic chains at the whim of the user. Installed in multiples, and customized with various lengths of chains, Rain Collection lighting transforms into unique space dividing screens.
